Community Outreach

Providing our patients and the communities we serve with health and wellness education is a key part of our commitment to being your partner for quality health. Through community outreach, the Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc., seeks to establish collaborations with the healthcare community, the faith community, educational institutions, community-based organizations, and other groups to promote preventative care and a healthier lifestyle for all residents.

We connect with the community through Community Outreach initiatives that include: health fairs, community events and door-to-door health literature distribution.
